Are you ready to architect the paid social turnaround for an industry-defining brand? We are seeking a consultative leader to diagnose inefficiencies, rebuild high-performing acquisition campaigns, and leave a lasting legacy by training an eager in-house team. This is a high-visibility, hands-on strategic opportunity to take full ownership of a premium brand's subscription growth engine.
Responsibilities:
- Audit and diagnose complex Meta and TikTok campaign infrastructures to identify and eliminate high-funnel inefficiencies driving up subscriber acquisition costs.
- Redesign campaign architecture using advanced full-funnel segmentation and first-party data integrations to maximize long-term trial-to-paid conversion rates.
- Construct strategic A/B testing frameworks focused on creative variants, bidding strategies, and audience targeting to systematically elevate ROAS performance.
- Sustain performance legacy by designing comprehensive training playbooks and upskilling the internal marketing team on platform best practices before engagement close.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience managing high-budget paid social acquisition campaigns tailored specifically to subscription or membership business models.
- Deep technical expertise in Meta Ads Manager including advanced configurations of Conversions API, Advantage+ suites, and pixel integrations.
- Proven track record of successfully optimizing campaigns against complex lower-funnel KPIs including CPA, LTV, and trial-to-paid conversions.
- Strong consultative and mentoring skills with a demonstrated ability to formalize documentation and effectively train internal marketing teams.
