Marketing and Business Development Coordinator

Compensation Range: $80,000 - 100,000 per year

We are seeking a Marketing and Business Development Coordinator to join our growing client! This individual will play an integral role in the creation and development of strategic growth initiatives for the Central & North Florida region.
 
Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Create and execute regional, office-wide, and practice-specific business development plans.
  • RFP & Pitch Management: Strategize and prepare RFPs and pitches to win new client business.
  • Firm Alignment: Partner with the Director of Marketing, attorneys, and practice leads to align creative direction with regional priorities.
  • Facilitation: Prepare agendas for and lead practice group meetings and strategic planning retreats.
  • Day-to-Day Oversight: Manage daily marketing and business development functions across regional offices.
  • Field Liaison: Travel monthly to regional offices.
  • External Marketing: Plan and execute client networking events, seminars, webinars, and speaking engagements.
  • Flagship Conferences: Lead strategic involvement and execution for major events
  • ROI Tracking: Evaluate the ROI and performance metrics of all professional sponsorships and conference involvements.
  • Internal Morale: Partner with HR, Hospitality, and Events to plan internal community events, holiday parties, and lunch-and-learns. 

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of marketing, communications, or business development experience within a professional services environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, marketing, or a closely related field.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities paired with outstanding written and oral communication skills.
  • Mastery of standard office suites to effectively manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, high-visibility setting.
  • Bonus Points: Prior law firm experience and familiarity with modern digital design or email marketing platforms (e.g., Canva, Constant Contact).
