Compensation Range: $60-70/HR

Cella is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to drive membership growth through landing page experimentation and new benefit launches. This role bridges strategic testing ownership with hands-on execution across owned and paid media channels-including web experiences, CRM, SEM, and Paid Social. Partnering cross-functionally to refine audience targeting and optimize landing page design, the ideal candidate will leverage both deep acquisition expertise and AI-enhanced tools to accelerate research, synthesize performance insights, and maximize conversion impact.

On-site Requirements: Hybrid (alternating weeks 2 days/3 days in office).

Responsibilities:

  • Build, execute and optimize marketing test plans across acquisition landing pages that serve as key destinations for organic and paid media traffic, with the goal of improving the customer experience and increasing membership sign-ups.
  • Continuously test and iterate on page copy, imagery, CTAs, layout, and audience-specific messaging to improve conversion and performance across customer segments.
  • Support go-to-market execution for new benefits, including developing marketing briefs, testing benefit messaging, and tracking performance impact on membership sign-ups and reactivations.
  • Partner closely with Product & UX design teams to redesign existing pages and develop new templates, modules and experiences that increase engagement, including visits, views, clicks and time on page.
  • Work with Analytics teams to monitor daily performance, leveraging dashboards, models, and AI-enhanced tools to identify patterns, forecast behavior and translate insights into future experiments.
  • Write clear, strategic creative briefs and collaborate with internal creative partners to produce high-performing acquisition assets that support membership growth.
  • Own executional workflows, including creative asset handoffs, QA, error tracking and process improvements to ensure accuracy, drive consistency and create more efficient ways of working.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of performance marketing experience, with a focus on customer acquisition.
  • Highly resourceful and self-directed, with the ability to navigate ambiguity, synthesize information from multiple sources, and independently move projects forward with minimal guidance.
  • Deeply analytical and insight-driven, with experience using data, experimentation, and AI-enhanced tools to inform decisions and improve performance.
  • Passion for understanding customer needs and translating insights to build meaningful customer experiences, including creating impactful marketing copy & imagery to drive performance.
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence across teams, including creative, operations, product, & analytics teams.
  • Demonstrate high technical literacy with Microsoft Office programs and have the willingness to easily onboard & utilize new technological platforms/tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate strategy, recommendations and results to peers & senior leaders.
  • Experience in a start-up and/or subscription business is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA a plus.
