Compensation Range: $38 - 41 per hour
Are you ready to drive operational excellence and lead end-to-end strategic execution for a global leader in athletic brand storytelling? As a critical consultative partner within a matrixed organization, you will streamline cross-functional workflows to translate bold creative vision into measurable business impact.
Responsibilities:
- Orchestrate end-to-end operational roadmaps and workback schedules to ensure seamless execution across multiple concurrent global marketing seasons.
- Drive cross-functional alignment across media, digital, and creative teams to navigate leadership gates, reviews, and strategic checkpoints.
- Optimize resource allocation and timeline management to keep complex, high-visibility projects on budget and within defined scope.
- Proactively identify and mitigate operational risks to eliminate friction points and establish a single source of truth for cross-functional stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- 6+ years of progressive leadership experience in marketing operations, project management, or strategic planning.
- Expert-level proficiency in collaborative workflow platforms, specifically Keynote and Airtable.
- Proven track record of guiding matrixed teams through complex seasonal gates and cross-functional leadership checkpoints.
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) paired with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
