Compensation Range: $50 - 55 per hour
Are you an expert at turning large-scale experiential chaos into structured, high-impact brand victories? We are seeking a consultative partner to architect and drive the end-to-end execution of major industry events for a Global Retail Media Leader. If you are ready to command multi-channel workstreams and lead a high-visibility project portfolio from conception to completion, this strategic partnership is your next career milestone.

Responsibilities:
- Orchestrate end-to-end trade show program delivery to ensure high-quality execution, budget optimization, and on-time milestone achievements.
- Govern cross-functional project scopes and resource allocation within Adobe Workfront to align internal creative agencies and external vendors.
- Mitigate operational risks through proactive forecasting, dynamic contingency planning, and stakeholder consensus building.
- Analyze and communicate critical project metrics to executive sponsors, maintaining rigorous alignment across all organizational functions.
Qualifications:
- 6+ years of progressive project management experience specifically focused within a fast-paced creative agency ecosystem.
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Workfront, utilizing advanced dashboards, complex project plans, and reporting tools to manage demand.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale corporate trade shows and multi-day industry events with measurable business outcomes.
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent expert work experience) paired with exceptional diplomacy and team motivation capabilities.
