Responsibilities:
- Define the vision and performance standards for the enterprise's primary website and digital front door.
- Lead a dynamic, high-visibility digital roadmap and optimization strategy to ensure seamless customer journeys.
- Govern enterprise email and SMS channels to ensure highly personalized, cohesive user experiences.
- Establish robust measurement frameworks to evaluate funnel performance and continuous conversion improvements.
- Mentor and develop a cross-functional team of digital, marketing, and analytics specialists.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of progressive digital/customer experience, with 3+ years in a leadership capacity defining digital strategy.
- Deep expertise in customer journey optimization across web, email, and SMS using enterprise automation platforms.
- Advanced analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data sets into actionable, insight-driven decisions.
- Proven experience guiding marketing technology ecosystems and applying AI use cases responsibly.
- Bonus Points: MBA or advanced degree, and specific expertise with enterprise automation platforms.
