Steer social media strategy and community engagement for an iconic global beauty and personal care leader. You will shape the voice of beloved household brands, creating platform-native content and leveraging real-time trends across dynamic digital platforms. This is your opportunity to bring stories to life, experiment with emerging AI tools, and elevate your creative portfolio within a high-visibility marketing team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily community engagement across primary social channels to build brand advocacy and foster authentic connection.
- Author platform-native copy and produce real-time visual assets for organic, paid, and event-driven social campaigns.
- Build and execute cross-channel content calendars that align with strategic product launches and category priorities.
- Analyze social listening data and performance KPIs to optimize digital strategy and capture emerging cultural trends.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of social media, community management, or digital content creation experience in beauty, lifestyle, or agency settings.
- Expertise in native platform features (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts) and mobile editing tools like CapCut or Canva.
- Portfolio demonstrating platform-native copy, lofi video/photo capture, and engaging short-form social content.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field with cross-functional communication skills.
