Compensation Range: $48 - 52 per hour
Our 3D Creative Technology Team is looking for an experienced Marketing & Creative Services Project Manager to oversee the production of high-quality 3D assets and imagery. In this role, you will act as the vital bridge between creative teams and cross-functional business partners.
We need an independent self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, enterprise environment, juggles multiple schedules with ease, and is passionate about delivering world-class creative service.
Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Management: Lead multiple concurrent 3D imagery projects from intake and creative development through to asset routing, approval, and DAM cataloging.
- Clear Communication: Define and communicate milestones, expectations, and action items for 3D artists, Creative Directors, and project requesters.
- Risk & Budget Tracking: Monitor project progress against plans, track resources/budgets, and proactively identify and mitigate risks.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Manage and negotiate project schedules, educate stakeholders on workflows, and present performance reports to management.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 4+ years in a project management role working closely with cross-functional stakeholders and creatives (digital artists, modelers, art directors).
- Campaign Execution: Proven track record of managing and delivering large-scale marketing campaigns.
- Core Skills: Superior timeline development, risk assessment, resource allocation, and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Tech & Tools: Experience with Airtable is preferred.
