The Human Rights Campaign Foundation’s 2023-2024 CEI is the nation’s foremost benchmarking survey and report measuring corporate policies and practices related to LGBTQ+ workplace equality.
The CEI rates companies on detailed criteria falling under four central pillars:

Prioritizing Pronouns: We prioritize pronouns to foster an inclusive and respectful environment for everyone we work with. We encourage all individuals to share their pronouns and the phonetic pronunciation of their names, creating a welcoming atmosphere where everyone feels respected and valued.
Talent Anonymity: Removing identifying information from our resumes allows hiring managers to focus on the skills as they apply to the role and combats bias in the candidate selection process.
